A. All patterns are digital download PDF files that will be available in your account for 10 days after receipt of your payment. You will be able to save and print your PDF pattern for your personal craft use.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We do not accept returns on any PDF files purchased from our website, however if you lose your file, you may contact us for a replacement. If you have any problems with your non-digital purchase, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Q. Can I resell the pattern files that I purchased?

A. When you purchase our digital files, you receive the right to use the design for your personal crafts. At this time, we are not granting the right to sell items using the designs.
