If your purchase is digital, you should automatically receive your pattern upon receipt of your payment. If you do not receive your pattern within two business days of your purchase, please contact us.

All non-digital orders will be shipped Priority Mail within 1-3 business days. For any custom made crochet designs, please allow 3-10 business days, unless otherwise noted.

PayPal Users Your purchase will be shipped to the address designated by your PayPal payment. You can change the "ship to" address if you need to in PayPal when you are making the payment for your purchase.

If there is any possible confusion about your shipping address, please contact us to clarify.

International Users Please make sure the shipping address you provide is your correct shipping address. Please advise, certain custom international orders may take up to 14 days to ship. It is important that your package arrives in a quick and safe manner. To avoid any confusion with the shipping address, please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any digital PDF files purchased from our website, however if you lose your file, you may contact us for a replacement. Please contact us with any other return issues. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so the issue can be resolved.

When you purchase digital files, you receive the right to use the design for your personal crafts. At this time, we are not granting the right to sell items using 'Made With Love by Jackie Moon' designs unless you receive written approval.
